Billing & Fees

We are a Medicare Bulk Billing practice committed to transparent and affordable healthcare.

From 1 November 2025, most consultations are fully bulk billed for all Medicare eligible and eligible OSHC members (AHM, Medibank, Allianz, Bupa and NIB).
Fees apply for private patients without a Medicare card.
EFTPOS facilities and on-the-spot Medicare rebates are available.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify reception at least 4 hours prior if you are unable to attend your appointment.
A minimum $40 fee applies for missed appointments or late cancellations. This fee must be paid before your next booking.
If the practice is closed, please email reception@citymedicalwollongong.com.au to advise non-attendance.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online with your preferred GP using the link below.
Standard consultations are 15 minutes. Longer appointments are available upon request.
Some appointment slots are reserved for emergency consultations, and your preferred GP may not always be available.
