Consultations on Monday to Friday will be charged a gap fee with some exceptions:

EFTPOS and Medicare rebates are available on the day!
There is a minimum $20 fee for patients who book an appointment with the Doctor or Nurse but fail to cancel at least 4 hours prior or do not attend without cancelling.
We want to give the best service possible to everyone and are unable to accommodate appointments for other patients who are seeking them, if you fail to cancel your booking. The fee will need to be paid prior to booking your next consultation.

There are always some appointments allocated to emergency consultations. You may not be able to see your preferred GP under these circumstances.
Our standard appointments are 15 minutes and patients are able to book a longer consultation if required.
